Karen Gorozdy

It is with great sadness that I am advising you of the death of Karen Gorozdy.

I have known and worked with Karen for over 20 years, the last 10 of those here at Chancellor, where she has become the familiar, friendly voice that greets all of our phone callers, and the very personable first face that everyone sees when they visit us. Through this she has struck up many friendships with our clients and was held in high regard by her colleagues, who will certainly miss her wit, repartee and friendly banter as well as her professional approach, a balance she always seemed to manage effortlessly.

After a mercifully short illness Karen died on Monday the 22nd July 2019, we will all miss her far more as a friend than as a colleague. Karen’s funeral will be held on Thursday the 1st August and I am sure you will understand that her colleagues all wish to attend and therefore the office will be closed on this day.
